§ 111.45 PROHIBITED SALES, GIFTS OR DELIVERIES BY NON-LICENSE HOLDERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful within the corporate limits of the village for any person to sell, give or deliver an alcoholic beverage to any person under the age of 21 years, unless such person is the parent or legal guardian of the person to whom the alcoholic beverage is sold, given or delivered.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages by any person under the age of 21 years on any premises owned, possessed or controlled by such person within the corporate limits of the village unless such consumption is under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian of the person under 21 years.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to rent a hotel or motel room from the proprietor or agent thereof for the purpose of or with the knowledge that such room shall be used for the consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons who are under the age of 21 years.
