(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall, in addition to suspension or revocation of license as above provided, be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during and on which a violation occurs or continues.

(B) Any person convicted of violating § 111.52 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.
