§ 111.38 LICENSEE TO CONTROL CONDUCT ON PREMISES.

No licensee hereunder shall permit hoodlums, police characters, vagrants or vagabonds to congregate upon or loiter upon the premises, nor shall such licensee permit any disorderly conduct or disturbance of the peace thereon.
