§ 111.21 CHANGE OF LOCATION.
   (A)   Licenses issued hereunder shall permit the sale of alcoholic liquor only in the premises described in the application for license. Such location may be changed only upon written approval to make a change issued by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. No change of location shall be permitted unless the proposed new location is a proper one for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor under the laws of the state and the ordinances of this village.
   (B)   Unless otherwise specifically permitted by a particular class of license, the licenses issued hereunder shall permit the sale or consumption (except permitted carry-out sales) of alcoholic liquor only within the enclosed structures described in the application for license.
