§ 111.10 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, firm, partnership or club to sell or offer for sale at retail within the village any alcoholic liquor without having a retail liquor dealers license, or in violation of the terms of such license, or in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
