§ 35.04 WITNESS FEES.

A police officer shall appear as a witness whenever it is necessary or convenient in a prosecution for the violation of federal or state law or village ordinance. Any witness fee paid to the police officer for such services in any action or suit shall be immediately turned over to the Village Clerk.
