§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   All persons who shall violate the provisions of this chapter, for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be deemed guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $10 or more than $500 for each violation.
   (B)   Whoever violates the provisions of § 110.02 shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (C)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 110.19 shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100.

   (D)   The penalty for violation of § 110.22 shall be a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500. Each day that a violation exists shall be deemed a separate offense and subject to the penalties as herein provided.

   (E)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of § 110.27 shall, in addition to revocation of license, be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during and on which a violation occurs or continues.
