§ 37.161 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this subchapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
   MOBILE HOME. A transportable, factory built home, designed to be used as a year round residential dwelling.
   TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY. Mobile homes and no other property.
