§ 95.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists or opposes the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 95.01 through 95.05 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense, and every person, firm or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for every day on which such violation, neglect or refusal shall continue.

   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 95.10 through 95.15 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (D)   Any person convicted of violating § 95.35 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.
