(A) It is unlawful for any person to drive or operate any motor vehicle on a road, whether publicly or privately owned, marked "Construction Traffic Only," unless said vehicle is delivering equipment, material or personnel to a construction site.
(B) It shall be unlawful to drive or operate a motor vehicle upon any dirt road, path or trail without the consent of the property owner.
