§ 131.05 RECORDS OF SALE AND TRANSFER OF GLUE TO A MINOR.
   (A)   A person making a sale or transfer of possession of glue to a person under 18 years of age who exhibits the written consent of his parent or guardian, shall record the name, address, sex and age of the minor and the name and address of the consenting parent or guardian. All data required by this section shall be kept in a permanent type register available for inspection by the Village Police Department.
   (B)   Any person above the age of 18 years of age making a purchase of glue must produce identification as to his age and must sign his name and address on the record of sale.
