§ 92.13 FUND CREATED; COMMINGLING PROHIBITED.

All sums of money appropriated or designated for use by the Channahon EMA shall be deposited in an account held separate and solely for EMA and the account shall be so designated. No other money held by the village shall be hereafter commingled with the EMA funds.
