When any person, according to exercise by a peace officer of reasonable judgment, causes or commits any or the conditions enumerated in §§ 132.05, 132.06, or 132.07, that peace officer or any other law enforcement officer shall order that person to stop causing or committing such conditions and to move on or disperse. Any person who fails or refuses to obey such orders shall violate this section.
