(A) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 and/or sentenced to perform some reasonable public service work.

(B) (1) Any person found to have violated any provisions of §§ 13.5/705-5 and 13.5/705-6 shall be fined in the following amounts:
First violation: Not less than $25 nor more than $500.
Second violation: Not less than $50 nor more than $500.
Third and subsequent violations: Not less than $100 nor more than $500.
(B) Any person found to have violated any other provisions of §§ 13.5/705-1 through 13.5/705-10 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each violation. Each day upon which a violation of any provision of §§ 13.5/705-1 through 13.5/705-10 occurs is deemed a separate violation.
