(A) There is hereby created the Channahon Emergency Management Agency (EMA) to prevent, minimize, repair and alleviate injury or damage resulting from disaster caused by enemy attack, sabotage or other hostile action, or from natural or manmade disaster, in accordance with Act ((ILCS Ch. 20, Act 3305, §§ 1 et seq. the "Act").
(B) This EMA shall consist of the Director and such additional volunteers and members as may be selected by the Director or hired by the village.
