§ 91.43 NOTICE OF SALE OR TRANSFER REQUIRED.

Except temporarily for necessary veterinarian care, no owner or custodian of a dangerous or vicious dog may sell, donate, transfer, or move the dog to a different address within the village or outside of the village, without prior notice to the Village Dog Warden.
