§ 91.30 PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any owner or custodian to allow any dog or animal to be a public nuisance defined as allowing said dogs or animals to:
      (1)   Defecate in any public or private place or on the lawn of any person without immediately removing such matter;
      (2)   Disturb the peace by loud noises at any time of the day or night;
      (3)   Enter any public or private place of business during business hours;
      (4)   Threaten to attack without probable cause;
      (5)   Destroy any property without making restitution; or
      (6)   Interfere with, or be detrimental to, the general welfare of the public or property rights of other persons.
