§ 13.5/11-9 PUBLIC INDECENCY.
   (A)    Any person of the age of 17 years and upwards who performs any of the following acts in a public place commits a public indecency:
      (1)   An act of sexual penetration or sexual conduct as defined herein; or
      (2)   A lewd exposure of the body done with the intent to arouse or to satisfy the sexual desire of the person.
   (B)   "Public place" for the purposes of this section means any place where the conduct may reasonably be expected to be viewed by others.
   (C)   Definition. For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SEXUAL CONDUCT. Any intentional or knowing touching or fondling by the victim or the accused, either directly or through clothing, of the sex organs, anus or breast of the victim or the accused, or any part of the body of a child under 13 years of age, for the purpose of sexual gratification or arousal of the victim or the accused.
