§ 90.11 STORAGE OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON PROPERTY.
   (A)   For the purposes of this chapter, a motor vehicle that is unregistered shall be presumed to be abandoned.
   (B)   However, for the purposes of this chapter, any unregistered vehicle that is operational, used exclusively on private property, and used on a regular basis shall not be considered abandoned.
