No portion of a private swimming pool outside a building shall be located at a distance less than ten feet from any side or rear property line or building line. Pumps, filters and pool water disinfection equipment installations shall be located at a distance not less then eight feet from any side property line. No private swimming pool shall be constructed within five feet of a septic absorption field. No private swimming pool shall be constructed within four feet of a fence.
