(A) Any person, firm, corporation, partnership or other legal entity who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcement of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense.
(B) Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
