(A) Park lands. The village shall review this chapter every three years to determine whether the cash contribution herein set forth is consistent with the current criteria.
(B) School sites.
(1) The village shall review this chapter every three years to determine whether the land value and demographic information herein set forth is consistent with the current values.
(2) Additionally, three years after the effective date of this section, any or all affected school districts may submit a demographic study, based upon local information and data, for the village's consideration.
(3) The village may, at its sole option, adopt such local study to be used for calculations under this chapter.
