§ 154.92 TIME OF PAYMENT.
   (A)   The dedication of land shall be made at the time of final plat approval by the Board of Trustees of the proposed subdivision or planned unit development.
   (B)   Cash contributions shall be made at the time of the issuance of the building permits for the subject residential dwelling units.
