(A) The dedications of land, cash contributions in lieu thereof, or combination of both, as required by this chapter shall also, as a matter of policy of the village, be required as a condition to the annexation of any land to the village and provisions therefor shall be incorporated in any annexation agreement governing such land.
(B) Additionally, the village shall notify the appropriate park districts and school districts when a party submits a proposed improvement equipment and dedication issues with the party and review the proposed donation options.
