§ 154.88 COMBINATION WITH ADJOINING DEVELOPMENT.
   Where the subdivision or planned unit development is less than 40 acres, a park or recreational site or a school site that is to be dedicated should, where possible, be combined with dedications from adjoining subdivisions or planned unit developments in order to produce usable park, recreational and school sites, without hardship on a particular subdivider or developer of a planned unit development.
