Nothing herein contained shall limit the authority of the village to require the designation and reservation of our recreational land, school sites, or other public lands as a condition to approval of any plat of subdivision or planned unit development where such land is to be acquired by condemnation within one year from final plat approval, as set forth under Division 12 of Article 11 of the Illinois Municipal Code.
