(A) The village may, within two years of final plat approval, designate the location and type of traffic control devices that are required in any subdivision and/or development.
(B) The applicant shall reimburse the village for costs associated with the acquisition, installation, replacement and maintenance of any such required traffic-control devices.
(C) Such costs shall be included in the applicant's letter of credit.
