§ 154.49 PUBLIC UTILITIES.
   (A)   All utility lines for telephone, cable television and electric service shall be placed entirely underground throughout a subdivided area.
   (B)   Said conduits or cables shall be placed within easements or dedicated public ways in a manner that will not conflict with other underground services.
   (C)   Further, all transformer boxes shall be located so as not to be unsightly or hazardous to the public.
   (D)   The utility lines shall be parallel to and not less than 12 inches from the property lines.
   (E)   Corner markers, as required in § 154.46 of this chapter, shall not be disturbed by the installation of utility lines.
