(A) Any violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $500 for each offense. Each day that a violation shall continue to exist shall be considered as a separate offense.
(B) In addition to the penalty provided in division (A) above, any violation of the water use restrictions of § 52.067 shall be grounds for termination of water service.
(C) Notwithstanding anything set forth in division (A) above, any violation of the cross-connection prohibitions set forth in § 52.106 shall be punished by a fine of $1,000 for each offense. Each day that a violation occurs or continues to exist shall be considered a separate offense.
