(A) This chapter is hereby published in pamphlet form as provided by law.
(B) The Village Clerk is ordered to make copies of this chapter available to all interested parties, upon payment of such sums as the corporate authorities shall determine to be adequate to reimburse the general fund of the village for the cost of printing and distributing the same.
