§ 154.12 AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   Any amendments to this chapter shall be made by the corporate authorities, but only following notice, a public hearing, and recommendations from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
   (B)   The notice of the public hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation at least 15 and not more than 30 days prior to the public hearing.
