§ 154.02 EFFECT OF CHAPTER.

This chapter repeals Ordinance No. 117 entitled “Subdivision Regulations for the Village of Channahon, Illinois” passed and approved June 3, 1973. This chapter, together with the Official Comprehensive Plan Map, forms a part of the Official Comprehensive Plan of the Village of Channahon, Ordinance No. 115, passed and approved on May 7, 1973.
