§ 52.050 MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE PIPES AND FIXTURES.

All persons utilizing the system shall keep the service pipes and all fixtures connected therewith in good repair and protected from frost, at their own expense, and shall prevent all unnecessary waste of water.
