(A) No garbage or refuse of any kind shall be deposited or placed along, within or within 30 feet of the right-of-way of any public street, road or alley within the corporate limits of the village more than 12 hours prior to its collection by any garbage collection facility or refuse disposal company doing business within the corporate limits of the village.
(B) Any garbage or refuse of any kind which shall be placed for collection in containers other than as set forth and provided in this subchapter or prior to the time limits herein provided is hereby declared to be nuisance and subject to the penalties herein set forth.
