§ 38.23 EXEMPTION FROM REGULATIONS.

(A) Any recording of a meeting by the Village Clerk, Deputy Village Clerk or Secretary of any subsidiary body of the village shall be exempt from these rules and regulations.

(B) Any bona fide news medium as determined by the Village President shall be exempt from §§ 38.20, 38.21, 38.23 and 38.25.
