§ 37.64 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE FOR FAILURE TO PAY TAX; HEARING.
   If after a hearing, as provided herein, the Village President finds that any person has willfully avoided payment of the tax imposed by this subchapter, the President may suspend or revoke all village licenses held by such person. The Village President shall provide written notice to the dealer of any hearing to be conducted pursuant to this subchapter, the notice shall be mailed by regular mail not less than five business days prior to the hearing date and shall be addressed to the dealers last known place of business. The dealer shall have an opportunity to be heard at such hearing and may be represented by Counsel. The suspension or revocation of any license shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any action to recover monies due the village or prosecution under village ordinances.
