§ 37.63 RECORDS.
   (A)   Each dealer shall keep books and/or records which minimally include:
      (1)   The number of gallons of motor fuel sold at retail each day in the village; and
      (2)   The actual motor fuel tax collected for each day.
   (B)   The Village Administrator or his/her designate shall at all reasonable times have full access to the records.
   (C)   In order to protect the dealer's right to privacy, the financial records of any dealer submitted pursuant to this subchapter or any rule and regulation promulgated hereunder shall not be available for public inspection.
   (D)   The records required by this section shall state separately the number of gallons of diesel fuel and the number of gallons of other motor fuels sold at retail each day in the village.
