§ 35.18 POLICE SERGEANTS.
   (A)   Rank created. There is hereby created within the Police Department the rank of Sergeant.
   (B)   Duties. The duties of a Sergeant shall include all prescribed by the Chief of Police.
   (C)   Number of Sergeant positions. There shall be within the Police Department so many Sergeants as may from time to time be authorized by the Corporate Authorities.
