Any person who shall violate a provision of the national electrical code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and subject to a fine as provided for in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 1993-03, 9-7-1993)
