§ 94.06 RIGHT TO CONTEST ORDER OR BILL.

(A) A hearing before the hearing authority must be held for each order issued by the enforcement authority pursuant to §§ 94.07(B)(1), 94.07(B)(6), 94.07(B)(7), and 94.07(B)(8).

(B) An order issued, except for orders requiring a hearing pursuant to § 94.06(A) above, becomes final 10 days after notice is delivered, unless a hearing before the hearing authority is requested before the 10-day period ends.

(C) Any person upon whom an order to abate a nuisance was served pursuant to the provisions of this chapter has the right to request a trial before court as provided by law.
