§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   A minor child who violates §§ 130.01, 130.02, 130.03 and 130.04 of this chapter may be subject to a fine of not more than $100.
      (2)   A parent, guardian, or custodian who violates § 130.05 of this chapter shall, for the first offense, be subject to a fine of $50; for a second violation of § 130.05 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $100; and for a third and subsequent violation of § 130.05 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $500.
      (3)   In all instances the person found in violation of this chapter shall be responsible for all court costs incurred.

   (C)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm, as herein above defined, within the corporate limits of the Town of Chandler, Indiana, except as permitted herein.
      (2)   Violation of § 130.20 shall be punishable in the same manner as violations of other municipal ordinances in any court of competent jurisdiction within Warrick County, Indiana. A person shall be penalized in the sum of $200 plus costs for the first violation of this provision and a sum of $500 for each subsequent violation.

   (D)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter or any order made by the Board of Trustees of the town in accordance with the terms of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, and/or imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not to exceed 6 months.
