§ 130.05 RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENT, GUARDIAN, OR CUSTODIAN.
   It is unlawful for a parent, guardian, or custodian of a minor child under the age of 18 years of age knowingly to allow that child to commit a curfew violation under this subchapter.
