§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Violations covered by § 90.01(D)(1)(c). Any person who violates this section in a manner that would have been covered by § 90.01(D)(1)(c) of the exceptions, shall be penalized as follows:
         (a)   First offense: $500; and
         (b)   Second or subsequent offenses of violating this section in a manner that would have been covered by § 90.01(D)(1)(c) above occurring within a 24-month period: $2,500.

      (2)   Violations not covered by § 90.01(D)(1)(c). Any person who violates any provision of this section except for violations that would have been covered by § 90.01(D)(1)(c) above shall be penalized as follows:
         (a)   First offense: $50;
         (b)   Second offense of violating any division of § 90.01 occurring within a 24-month period: $250;
         (c)   Third offense of violating any division of § 90.01 occurring within a 24-month period: $1,000; and
         (d)   Fourth or subsequent offense of violating any division of § 90.01 occurring within a 24-month period: $2,500.

      (3)   Additions to penalties. In addition to the penalties set forth above, any person found to have violated any provision of § 90.01 shall be liable for payment of court costs.
      (4)   Separate violations. Each daily violation of any provision of § 90.01 shall be considered a separate violation.
      (5)   Injunctive relief. Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting the right of the Town of Chandler to seek injunctive relief to prohibit continuing violations.

   (C)   (1)   Any person who violates § 90.02(C) shall be subject to the following penalties:
         (a)   First offense: $50;
         (b)   Second offense: $100; and
         (c)   Third or subsequent offense: $350.
      (2)   In addition to the monetary penalties provided in § 90.02(A) above, a court, upon application of the Town of Chandler, may enter injunctive relief to prevent future violations of § 90.02.
