(A) The fees for the processing of handgun applications are established in this Code under § 30.02(F).
(B) The fees shall be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer to be deposited in a separate fund, to be known as the Firearm Training Fund.
(C) In the event a handgun permit application is denied, the statutorily provided refund shall be made from the Firearm Training Fund without appropriation upon the presenting of a proper claim filed, allowed and paid in the customary manner of processing claims by the town. No refunds are to be made from any other fund of the Town of Chandler.
