Ordinances numbered 1981-5 and 1988-4 are hereby vacated, and pursuant to the Indiana Code, the following fees are approved to be collected by services rendered by the Town Marshal:
(A) Criminal records check, $7 to be placed into the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund;
(B) Limited criminal history check, $3 for visual review, and $7 for actual copy to be placed into the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund;
(C) Seven dollars personal criminal record check to be placed into the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund;
(D) Reserved
(E) Reserved
(F) Handgun permit fees shall be established and collected in the amounts as set forth in I.C. 35-47-2-3 and, upon collection, shall be placed in the Firearms Training Fund;
(G) Photograph fee of $2 per photograph, to be placed into the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund; and
(H) Any copies of any other documentation at $.50 per standard page, or $.75 per legal page, or $1 per ledger page, to be placed into the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
