SCHEDULE I: PARKING SCHEDULES.
   (A)   Iowa Street.
      (1)   No person shall park any motor vehicle, or any part thereof, any portion of Iowa Street between Less Drive and Indiana Highway No. 62 in the Town of Chandler.
      (2)   Any motor vehicle which is parked in violation of this section shall be subject to being towed to a storage point as may be specified from time to time by the Chandler Police Department and the motor vehicle may be redeemed and claimed by the owner thereof after presenting proof of ownership and paying the towing and accrued storing charges.
      (3)   Terms utilized herein shall have the meaning as defined in I.C. 9-13-2 except that the term MOTOR VEHICLE shall mean A VEHICLE THAT IS SELF-PROPELLED.

   (B)   Washington Street.
      (1)   Scope. This division shall apply to the control of parking along Washington Street between Jaycee Street and South Iowa Street within the limits of the Town of Chandler.
      (2)   Definitions. For the purpose of this division, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      MOTOR VEHICLE. Any automobile, truck, road tractor, trailer, van, motorcycle, motor driven cycle, motor scooter, dune buggy, snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, go-cart, minibike, or trail bike.
      PERSON. Any individual, association, partnership, or corporation which includes any officer, employee, department, agency, or instrumentality.
      (3)    Parking prohibited. No person shall park a motor vehicle along Washington Street between Jaycee Street and South Iowa Street on the days of Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
      (4)   Posting. The Town of Chandler shall cause appropriate signs informing the public of the restrictions imposed by this division along the route affected by this division.
      (5)   Effective date. This division shall be effective upon its passage and publication as is by law required.

   (C)   Parking in the town.
      (1)   No person shall park any motor vehicle, or any part thereof, within the traveled portion of any street or road in the Town of Chandler.
      (2)   No person shall park any motor vehicle within the south right-of-way of West Oak Street in the Town of Chandler.
      (3)   No person shall park any motor vehicle within 300 feet, either on the right-of-way or on the paved section, of the intersection formed by Jaycee Street and West Oak Street in the Town of Chandler.
      (4)   No person shall park any motor vehicle within the east right-of-way of Inderrieden Road within the limits of the Town of Chandler.
      (5)   The Town of Chandler, may with respect to all traveled streets and roads within the Town of Chandler, decree by resolution, duly enacted at a public meeting, any other area as restricted parking zones and the areas shall be identified by the placement of signs prohibiting or restricting the stopping, standing or parking of motor vehicles on the streets and roads wherein the town has determined the need for the restriction. The signs so placed, must be a official signs.
      (6)   No person may park a motor vehicle in an area prohibited from the parking by signs as placed in accordance with provisions hereof.
      (7)   Any motor vehicle which is parked in violation of this division shall be subject to being towed to a storage point as maybe specified from time to time by the Chandler Police Department and the motor vehicle may be redeemed and claimed by the owner thereof after presenting proof of ownership and paying the towing and accrued storing charges.
      (8)   Terms utilized herein shall have the meaning as defined in I.C. 9-13-2 except that the term MOTOR VEHICLE shall mean A VEHICLE THAT IS SELF-PROPELLED.
