§ 54.16 WITHDRAWAL FROM TOWN FIRE HYDRANTS.
   (A)   Scope. This section will apply to the control of fire hydrants owned and operated by the Town of Chandler, Warrick County, Indiana, except that this section shall not apply to the utilization of the hydrants by Fire Departments in the exercising of their duties and responsibilities.
   (B)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or requires a different meaning.
      FIRE HYDRANT. The fire hydrants located in and on the Town of Chandler Water System whether located within the corporate limits of the Town of Chandler or otherwise.
      PERSON. Any individual, association, partnership, or corporation which includes any officer, employee, department, agency, or instrumentally.
      TOWN OF CHANDLER WATER SYSTEM. The water system owned and operated by the Municipal Utility of the Town of Chandler, Warrick County, Indiana.
   (C)   Prohibition. No person shall cause to be removed from the fire hydrants in and on the Town of Chandler Water System, any water, unless and until the person shall secure a permission form from the Town of Chandler Director of Public Works.
