§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, persons, firm, partnership, or corporation who constructs or erects, or who begins the erection, construction, or alteration or who causes the beginning of the erection, construction, or alteration of any such building or appurtenance on any premises within such zone or area as is listed in § 110.01, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100.

      (2)   Each day any violation of § 110.01 continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
