§ 72.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $100. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.

   (B)   Any person found to be violating any part of § 72.07, or owner or operator of a vehicle found to be in violation of § 72.07, shall be notified of the infraction, and shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each violation.

   (C)   Any person found to be violating any part of §§ 72.20 to 72.23, or the owner of any vehicle parked in violation of §§ 72.20 to 72.23, shall, on conviction thereof, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each violation.
