(A) The Public Works Department is given the power to post temporary signs reading “no parking, street work” along any street which it intends to sweep, clear, or work within the succeeding 24 hours. The Public Works Department shall post every street that it intends to work with the signs prior to 4:00 p.m. of the preceding day.
(B) All vehicles shall be removed before 7:00 a.m. of the day the street is to be worked on. Any vehicle which is illegally parked after 7:00 a.m. of the day the street is to be worked on may be towed away as provided in § 72.23.
